Pamphlets / Smalls

Map created for Grundy County showing agriculturally significant sites in the area. Visuals inspired by old pictorial tourism maps. Fun, bright, cheery, nostalgic. Double gatefold brochure 16x9.

Lecture from Biologist David Haskell, on his new book Sounds Wild and Broken: Sonic Marvels, Evolution's Creativity, and the Crisis of Sensory Extinction. Graphics feature hyper-pixelated (lost information) images of several of the area’s loudest local animals. Hidden within each is a QR code that routes to one of Haskell’s recordings of each animal.

Two-color informational trifold for the historic house museum in Standish, Maine. Designed to replicate the L-shape of the connected farmstead layout, this piece is created with zero waste. Four trifolds fit into the standard size cardstock paper sheet.

First Things First is a booklet with perforated pages holding two manifestos that can be torn out, posted, copied, and shared. By shifting the nested booklet, both interior pages can be different colors. Neon color stolen from corkboard flyers, horsey type too big to be totally comfortable.

A money tract is a designed deception typically used to spread a religious message. They are a bizarre part of design culture that I have hijacked for my own use, probably to my detriment.
